Dolomite quarry for sale Located in
Location The
quarry is located near Ape, Aluksne region of
Dolomite The total amount of dolomite deposit in the quarry is 3,4 million m3, out of this 2,6million are proven reserves (fully surveyed) and 0,8million are estimated reserves. Total area of the deposit is 23 hectares, out of this 4 hectares have been excavated and covering soil level removed. Average level of covering soil is 1,9 meters, ranging from 0,8 to 3,15 meters. Average depth of dolomite layer is 16,2 meters, ranging from 13,35 to 18,05.
Extraction The quarry is fully operational. All necessary permits for extraction have been granted by respective local and government authorities. The quarry has been given extraction license until 2015, extendable if there are no fundamental breaches of license regulations by the quarry operator. The total amount of aggregates extracted in 2007 (first year of operations) was 113 000 m3.
The deal structure The basic sale includes a sale of company that would hold property rights to the aforementioned quarry, and possess extraction license. The buyer would have full legal rights to continue extraction immediately as soon as the sale is completed.
